Matlab 2013a for mac os x , NO RAR NO TRICKS. plain iso. it includes serial folder , follow directions at the inside serial/readme.txt file.

It includes all toolboxes simulink and all the stuff.

it is running on my mac book pro 15" 2010 with 4gb ram and Mavericks.

mathlab also has  mathlab + simulink for students version at 99$ so if you can go an buy it from them it is worth it: https://www.mathworks.com/store/link/products/student

I couldn't find 2013b for Mac, also many assholes out there making profit of somebody else software by using advertising as a way to give you the password of a compressed file. One thing is to share, another to clame as yours.
